Walden Farms is a great little product that I have used for years. They have a huge variety of products ranging from salad dressing, syrups, preserves, and even barbecue sauce! The best part is that they contain NO carbohydrates and NO calories!! They are just simply amazing! I specifically enjoy their Sesame Ginger, Ranch, and Caesar dressings, chocolate and pancake syrup, and their regular and thick and spicy barbecue sauces. Delicious!

I use this coconut oil for the majority of my cooking needs. It’s got a high smoke point, and I’ve never had a bad flavor from it. I fry, bake, and even use it as an oil pull in the morning. My teeth have never been whiter!

This is one of my favorite pans for cooking. It holds heat very well, and it is perfect for searing meats. It is also great for baking (low carb cornbread coming up!), and I love that it comes pre-seasoned. I do, however, season my pan with coconut oil, which I happen to have listed above!

This is my go-to grill for cooking at home or on the road. I love the fact that it is portable. I have cooked for up to six people on this little guy. It’s perfect for smoking foods (like my wings and ribs), and grilling (like my steaks). I highly recommend the Weber Jumbo Joe for your grilling and smoking needs!

These are my absolute favorite low carb snack. Why? They have zero carbs!! Made absolutely with only one ingredient, cheese! They are perfect for when I have the craving for something crunchy (like chips) but I don’t want to eat the carbs. I only get this sized bag, because any smaller and they wouldn’t make it past the first day!

Ketone Testing Strips

Ketone testing strips are a great aid to have when starting a low carb diet. I know I definitely used them a ton when I first started. They are especially useful in judging just how many carbs you can consume while staying in ketosis, which I think of as being in the “sweet spot.” I highly recommend using them to gauge your ketosis levels, and in turn, also testing your fat burning “zone.”

Body Composition Analysis Scale

I believe having a good scale is an important part of tracking your weight loss/lifestyle change. This scale is one that I use that uses bio-impedance testing to measure your body composition. It gives a measure of your total weight, fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass, and probably other things that i’m forgetting. It was great to see my body changing from one that was made primarily of fat to one made up of mostly muscle. One caveat to this is that there will always be fluctuations to your weight, and to always take any readings with a grain of salt. Even scales are not always 100% accurate, but they are definitely another useful tool to have in your arsenal!
