Hello all! My name is Pete, and I am here to show you how I live my low carb life. I am an avid fitness enthusiast, food blogger, amateur chef, and DIYer. I currently reside in the Great State of North Carolina with my beautiful bride-to-be and my little Italian Greyhound pooch. I suppose you came to this page to find out about myself, so here it is.
On February 12, 2012, I changed my life. I weighed 285 pounds at that time. Before that, I’m sure I had even brushed the 300 mark. My doctor told me that I was pre-hypertensive. I was only 22 years old at this time.
I ate too much, drank too much, and smoked too much. I rarely moved if I didn’t have to. I decided I needed to change. I read all the possible articles I could find online, and I searched the web for any and all advice. Health articles, blogs, fitness advice, etc. It can be overwhelming.
I finally started my own personal journey to finding the better me. I knew he was in there somewhere.
So here I am, sharing with you. I’m happy to provide recipes, experience, stories, guides, exercises, and anything else I could possibly help you out with.
